Map Gallery Exhibit

Map Gallery Submission is now open

Don't make maps anymore? Do you have an App to share?

The Workshop is adding to the Map Gallery Competition concept of previous years. Got a StoryMap or App you want to show off? We will have space set aside for Map & App Lightning Presentations. Depending on how many takers we get, this competition will be held on Monday during the exhibitor opening hour and in the late afternoon during the exhibitor social. WiFi will be available and we will have a laptop that you can add your link to. You’ll have at most 5 minutes to present your app so start planning. Use the Submission Form to participate.

Map Gallery entries may be submitted by anyone who registers for and attends the Workshop. MAXIMUM of 2 entries per attendee.

Map Gallery Submission form must be filled out for each submission.

Bring your map display with you on Monday, Sept 11th when you arrive at the Rosen Plaza to register. The exhibit should be pre-mounted for display on easels in the main hallway. Additional boards, clips and tape may be provided for mounting onsite on a first come first served basis.

One winner each will be recognized for the following two categories:

1. Keynote Choice Award. The Keynote Speaker(s) pick of the best overall map display
2. Popular Choice: Best GIS Map. Colleagues & peers vote for best map display
3. Kenote Choice Award. The Keynote Speaker(s) pick the best GIS App

The winners will be announced during the awards and raffle presentation at lunch on Tuesday afternoon. Good Luck!
